Associate

Prior to joining our team, Dilkarn received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alberta. Throughout his legal education, Dilkarn was actively involved with various local organizations that assisted self-represented litigants navigate the legal system.

After law school, Dilkarn articled and then stayed on as an associate at a boutique firm in Calgary that assisted clients on a wide variety of matters, including tax planning and tax-efficient transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business formations and corporate governance. Dilkarn has also effectively advocated for his clients at various levels of the judiciary, including before the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Services Tribunal, Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench. Dilkarn maintains a general practice, advising and assisting clients with both barrister and solicitor services.

In his spare time, Dilkarn can be found playing hockey, trying a new craft beer or planning his next adventure. Dilkarn’s favourite places (so far) are London (England), Croatia, Italy, Singapore, Rajasthan (India) and Boston (USA).
